Welcome to Hances Point Yacht Club!
We are a long standing 'do it yourselfers' Chesapeake Bay yacht club located on the Eastern Shore of the Northeast River south of North East, Maryland. Our members maintain our grounds, facilities, docks, moorings and launch related equipment. We enjoy camaraderie through participation in our work crew activities as well as traditional club cruises, trips and social activities such as bakes, roasts, dinner dances, regular organized sail racing etc. We also always have members involved in the restoration of 'Good ole Boat' sailboats on the grounds. A plethora of opinions are usually available for every restoration challenge. If you enjoy participating in boating-related activities and cruising, we invite you to visit us at our location on the Northeast River.
